The Board approved minutes of the August 17, 2005 meeting.

Richard & Helena M. Price (8-2) B The Board approved this disposal works application.

Matt Poole arrived

Wagner -McClean (30-54) B George Sourati discussed the original disposal works permit designed by Frank Daly, and asked the Board for a determination of the total number of bedrooms allowed for this parcel.  The Board has determined the total number of bedrooms allowed on this parcel is three (3).  They based this decision on the land area measurements and the existing use.  They will allow a septic design of three bedrooms with the following condition; the owner must submit a letter to the Board of Health stating that he is aware that the separation between the well and leaching area is less than the required 150 feet.

Peter & Ronni Simon (19-7.2) B The Board approved this disposal works application with the following condition; The construction permit will not be issued until Rusty Walton confirms that the man made pond is not a wetland.  This will also determine if the design must be submitted to the Conservation Commission.

Charles Barend (23-65) B The Board approved this disposal works application.

Robert Thorpe (26-65.1) B The Board approved this well permit application.

Girl Scout Council of S.E. Mass. (18-20) B A new disposal works application has been submitted with a reduction in total number of campers to 32.  The Board has asked for the following information prior to approval.  1) Ask Lenny Jason if this needs to be submitted to the ZBA .  2) Will the building inspector issue a building permit with Board of Health approval on the septic?  3) Confirm with DEP that daily flow is calculated on 20 gpd per camper.

Pepperbush Farm Trust (13-6.1) B The Board of Health reviewed a new septic design for this parcel.  The design submitted does not reflect the building envelope the Planning Board approved.  This building envelope selection is not the one the Board of Health recommended in the sub-division application.  This will be continued at the
September 21, 2005 meeting.
